We are a woman-owned catering business proudly serving Central, NJ for over 5 years. What began as a seafood platter venture has grown into a versatile catering service, now offering a wide range of menu options beyond seafood. No job is too big or too small-we’re dedicated to delivering quality, flavor, and exceptional service for every event. As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding into a food truck and maybe, eventually a small brick-and-mortar location. Our mission is simple : to strive for excellence in every dish we create and every experience we provide.
Our Story
My love and passion for cooking began at home, growing up in a household where meals were always made with care and shared with others. My nana was my greatest influence-a talented cook who filled our home with the warmth of home-cooked meals daily. Watching her spend countless hours baking cakes and preparing food for family holidays and even meals for those in need, really moved me in my spirit. Amen. When I moved into my second apartment, I realized I had inherited not only her recipes, but her passion for bringing people together through food. I naturally became the host, cooking for family and friends whenever we got together.
One turning point came when I helped a friend who had injured her wrist and couldn’t cook for herself. She fell in love with my food and encouraged me to share it with others- and from there, everything changed. What started as a small idea quickly grew into a catering business. I went on to refine my skills in culinary school (Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts), earning my Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts. Today, my cooking is still rooted in those early lessons- love, generosity, and the joy of feeding others.
